28. Stubaier Almklang - Alpine Singing & Melodic Horn Players Meeting

Summer | Folklore Veranstaltung | Event
Neustift | Pinnistal

When on Sunday, August 30, 2026, the alpine pastures and huts in the Pinnistal and Elfer area are filled with music, it is once again time for the Stubaier Almklang. Year after year, the event brings together outstanding folk musicians and singers from Tyrol and the entire Alpine region amidst impressive rock walls and a unique alpine landscape.

The Almklang will be opened at 11:30 a.m. with a field mass at the Karalm, celebrated by Pastor Mag. Fritz Kerschbaumer. Following this, the traditional folk music performances and alpine singing invite guests to linger. Besides the Karalm, singing and music-making will also take place at numerous other alpine huts and pastures on this day. In addition to selected Tyrolean folk music groups, musical guests from Styria, South Tyrol, and Bavaria will also participate.

Already on the eve, Saturday, August 29, 2026, there will be a festive opening with "Einklang in den Almklang": In the inns around the village square of Neustift, the already arrived musicians and singers will provide a musical preview starting at 8:00 p.m.
Contributors: Innerberger Dreigsang (Stmk.), Die Nepomuckla (ST), Ebrachtaler Tanzlmusi (B), Stubaier Freitagsmusig, Gebrüder Hausberger, Trio Taktvoll, Weisenbläserduo Abentung / Stecher, Sill-7er Weisenbläser, Huberti-Musi, Holbe Joahr Partie, Stubaier Alphornbläser, Nuistifter Goaslschneller, and many more.
