Yes, all participants receive individual timekeeping.

Admission to the event area is free with a valid ski pass. Spectator tickets are also available for €10 directly on site at the Stubai Glacier ticket offices. The spectator ticket is only valid for lift travel as a pedestrian (without ski equipment).

Yes, the award ceremony will take place at the Fernau mid-station after the race.

Yes. There are cash prizes and non-cash prizes worth a total of over €10,000.

Race bibs can be collected on Friday, 9 April 2027, between 09:00 and 12:00 and between 14:00 and 18:00 at the Tourism Association Stubai Tirol (Stubaitalhaus 3, 6167 Neustift). Bibs can also be collected on Saturday, 10 April 2027, from 05:30 to 06:00 at the Eisgratbahn valley station. Race bibs CANNOT be collected outside these times. Please bring a valid photo ID as proof of identity and your registration confirmation.

The race starts on April 10, 2027, at 08:30 a.m. at the Wildspitz lift mountain station on the Stubai Glacier. 

The start interval is 30 seconds – timed via the Wildspitzbahn lift and a “flying start.”

Each goal error is penalized with a 15-second time penalty.

On race day, all participants are entitled to one course inspection. During the inspection, your race bib must be worn and clearly visible. To make the inspection possible, the Stubai Glacier lifts will open for participants before regular operating hours on 10 April 2027. Racing down the course during the inspection will result in disqualification.

The time is measured using a chip, which is issued when you receive your race number and must be returned after crossing the finish line. Chips that are not returned will be charged at €60 each. 

The official finish time is 2:00 p.m. or half an hour after the start time of the last participant. By the finish time, all participants must have crossed the finish line and returned their chips at the finish. 

Helmets are mandatory for all participants, without exception. Only helmets that meet the EN 1077 standard may be used. Cycling helmets, ski touring helmets and similar helmets are not permitted. Attachments on the helmet (e.g. cameras, lights, mounts) are not permitted. A back protector is recommended.

From 2027, there will once again be a separate team ranking. When registering, please make sure that all team members enter exactly the same team name. Find out more about the team ranking.

The 3S Eisgratbahn will be in operation until 6:30 p.m. on that day.
